ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Kari
Tuominen has been president ofOY Benchmarking Ltd. since 1995. He is internationally known
in the areas of strategic planning and benchmarking. As a management consultant, he has
trained and managed operational development projects and benchmarking processes for
industrial, service, and public sector clients. He has served as Auditor and Chief Auditor
of the Finnish Quality Award from 1995 to 1997 and has an NLP Trainer Degree. He has
published two earlier books on Benchmarking and Quality Management.
