About the Author
JIM KEOGH is a faculty member
and founder and former chair of the Electronic Commerce Track at Columbia University. He
is also a member of the graduate school faculty at Saint Peter's College in Jersey City,
NJ, where he teaches in the MBA program. Keogh is author of more than 50 books.
