This text/workbook/casebook/ is designed specifically to train students to conduct applied
professional research - i.e., identify an accounting problem or issue encountered in
today's business environment and develop a solution using existing professional
literature. Targeted for students having completed introductory accountings, students
learn to search authoritative literature in both electronic and hard-copy form, evaluate
alternatives, and develop and communicate a solution. Students are required to practice
critical thinking and develop their communication skills.

and identify plausible alternative.

financial accounting textbooks.
