David Molden is the Training Manager with Computacenter, one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in the UK with over 1,500 employees and a turnover in excess of L500m (1995). He first trained as a computer engineer, moving into service management in 1985. His growing interest in managing and developing people led him to move from operations management into training management taking up his current role as head of employee training in 1991. A highly active member of the development profession for the past 12 years, David Molden has worked with the Institute of Personnel Development, Institute of Management, Association for Management Education and Development and the Association for NLP. His main interest is in helping individuals and organisations develop their learning potential and to this end he is an active supporter of "The Learning Organization," its values and its principles.

The author was attracted to the field of NLP by his keen ambition to work with the most advanced and effective change technologies. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and NLP trainer, a Member of the Association for Management Education and Development (AMED), a Member of the Institute of Management, and founder member of Paragon - an international network of NLP business consultants.
