The EuroTermBank project focuses on harmonisation and consolidation of
terminology work in new EU member states, transferring experience from other European
Union terminology networks and accumulating competencies and efforts of the accessed
countries. The project will result in a centralized online terminology bank for languages
of new EU member countries interlinked to other terminology banks and resources. Although
EuroTermBank is addressed directly towards Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, and
Poland, the project is open to other new EU member states and interested countries and
organizations outside EU.

SECTION I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Chapter I. Introductory Provisions
Article 1. The Labour Code shall define the rights and duties of
employees and employers.
Article 2. An employee shall be a person employed on the basis of a
contract of employment, an appointment, an election, a nomination or a cooperative
contract of employment.
Article 3. An employer shall be any organizational unit even if it has
no legal personality, and any legal person, if they employ employees.
Article 31. § 1. Any acts concerning matters within the scope of
labour law shall be performed on behalf of an employer being an organizational unit by a
person or an authority managing such unit or by a person designated for that purpose.
§ 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 above shall also apply to any
employer being a natural person if such person does not personally perform the acts
referred to in those provisions.
Article 4. Repealed.
